Timothy S. Santoni, MA, Vice
President has over 32 years of service to
the state of Maryland in a variety of public policy, research and technical
positions. Before joining HMC, he was deputy director of the state’s Mental
Hygiene Administration (MHA) where he was responsible for much of the
implementation of the public mental health system. He also served as the agency’s
director, Office of Finance, Program Evaluation and Data Analysis and chief,
Management Information Systems division. During this time, he secured and
oversaw two grants in support of the Mental Health Statistics Improvement
Program and supervised the MHSIP at both the state and regional level. Tim has also served as research statistician for the Maryland Center for Health Statistics providing
data collection and technical support to the Department of Health and Mental
Hygiene.
