Mildred A. Brooke, MSW, President/CEO  has spent over 25 years in health and human services, developing and managing programs in patient advocacy, clinical services, community outreach and staff supervision and training. She has consulted with state and federal agencies, directed public policy analysis and established statewide service systems. She has extensive experience in planning community behavioral health programs, designing rural health care delivery systems and serving adults and adolescents in the criminal justice system. She has also led numerous training sessions for community service organizations on program planning, service expansion and technology applications. Mildred developed national and international recruiting programs for health and human service professionals.
