Lytec 2009 holds the patient information throughout the transactions remembering patient from screen to screen. Small balances can be written off now based on age and/or amount, eliminating the need for manual small balance write-offs.

Lytec 2009 displays patient and insurance balances on appointment scheduling and patient screens, and allows the users to view all past and future appointments for each patient. Authorization tracking pops up a dialogue box warning users that referrals and authorizations need to be applied for, and the fee schedule accommodates allowed and expected amounts.

REPORTING
Prints over 25 reports, including day sheets, transaction journals, monthly and yearly summaries, aging and more Reports contain include/exclude, date range, user, providers and many other call parameters. The 2009 Lytec has additional reporting capabilities using the world class report writer, Crystal Reports.
